All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (Georgia): 2–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Please note: unforeseen delays (such as customs or carrier issues) are beyond our control but we’ll always do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages
