Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
To start a return, email rezitsomaia89@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rezitsomaia89@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
